Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-25

These terms govern your use of E Ax (“the Service”), operated by E Ax. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service provides a collection of small in-browser developer utilities (encoding, hashing, data conversion, text processing, random generation, and similar). The Service processes the input you submit transiently to produce a result; we do not store the content of your input.

2. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree:

  • Not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including processing material that you do not have the right to process.
  • Not to attempt to overload, scrape at high volume, fuzz, or otherwise disrupt the Service or other users.
  • Not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive credentials, keys, or non-public source code from the Service.
  • Not to submit malware, illegal content, content that infringes others’ rights, or personal data of third parties without lawful basis.
  • That you are solely responsible for the input you submit and the use you make of any output.

3. Accounts

You may use most of the Service without an account. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, you are responsible for the security of your credentials, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service itself — code, design, content, and branding — are owned by the operator or its licensors. The Service is provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it as intended.

5. Your content

You retain all rights in the content you submit to the Service. Because we do not store your input, we acquire no license to it; the Service merely transforms it during a single request and returns the result.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. The tools are provided for general utility — do not rely on them for safety-critical, security-critical, legal, medical, or financial decisions without independent verification. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, intent, or death and personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or for individual users, if the terms are violated or if continuing to provide the Service is no longer feasible. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 14 days before taking effect; continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
