Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-25

This policy explains what personal data E Ax (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It is written to apply globally — wherever you live, the rights listed below apply to you to the maximum extent local law allows.

Who is responsible

The data controller is E Ax.

For privacy questions, write to: [email protected]

The operator is not tied to a fixed jurisdiction. The email above is the canonical channel for any privacy request and we commit to responding within 30 days, regardless of where you live.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and the tools you use on it. Concretely:

  • Account data — email address and a hashed password — only if you choose to register. You can use every tool on this site anonymously.
  • A small number of strictly necessary cookies (listed below).
  • Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, response code) generated by the web server and our CDN provider Cloudflare for security and uptime.
  • Whatever you type into the tools on this site is processed in-memory to produce a result and is not stored on our servers.

We do not use analytics products, advertising networks, third-party trackers, social media plug-ins, or fingerprinting. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

All cookies set by this site are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested. Under EU ePrivacy rules these do not require consent — we still list them here so you know exactly what they do:

  • Authentication cookie — keeps you signed in after you log in. Cleared when you log out or it expires.
  • Anti-forgery token — protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Required for the site to function.
  • Language preference — remembers your chosen interface language so the site does not redirect based on browser Accept-Language headers.
  • Theme preference — stored in your browser’s localStorage (not sent to the server) to remember light/dark/auto mode.

Because every cookie is strictly necessary, we do not display a consent banner with “accept / reject” buttons. If we ever add optional cookies (for analytics or similar), we will ask first.

Why we process your data

We process account data only to give you the account you asked for, and we process server logs only to keep the site running and secure. Anything you type into a tool is processed transiently to produce the result you requested and is not stored on our servers. We never process your data for advertising, profiling, or sale.

Your rights

Regarding any personal data we hold about you, you have the following rights:

  • The right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • The right to erasure — ask us to delete your account and associated data.
  • The right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • The right to object to or restrict certain processing.
  • The right to complain to a data protection authority in your country, where one exists.

If you have an account, you can download or delete your data from your account settings. You can also exercise any of these rights by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, account data is removed promptly except where law requires us to keep it longer (e.g., tax records). Server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted or anonymized.

Who we share data with

We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly needed to run the site: a hosting provider for the application and database, and Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, TLS termination). These act as processors under our instructions. We do not share data with advertisers, brokers, or any party for marketing purposes.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 14 days.
